April 1: Key to getting your clients the Launch grant up to $20,000 for their first home purchase

This lunch and learn will go over the program changes to the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis down payment assistance grant, Launch, formerly known as Homeownership Opportunities Program (HOP). Community First’s Loan Officers and mortgage staff will give you the tools to pass on to your clients to qualify for purchasing their first home.
