This year’s Annual Meeting invites you into something more than a keynote - it’s the culmination of a leadership experience shared across RACI.

Our 2026 keynote speaker, Jenn Whitmer, is a keynote and TEDx speaker, author of Joyosity, Enneagram specialist, and podcast host who helps leaders build positive, lasting culture when work feels complex and challenging. Through practical communication tools, personality insights, and a grounded approach to joy, Jenn equips leaders to navigate change with clarity, emotional intelligence, and a grounded sense of joy - especially when circumstances are complex and demanding.

Throughout the year, many of our leaders have engaged with Jenn’s work through Better Together: A RACI Leadership Experience, building shared language around self-awareness, communication, and resilience. At the Annual Meeting, Jenn brings that message to the full membership, connecting the dots between how we lead ourselves, how we lead others, and how we move forward together as an association.
