• MAY: Getting the Deal Rolling with Lenders and Title companies
• AUG 18, 25 & 26: Seeing Beyond the Surface with Appraisers & Inspectors
• SEP: Protecting the Investment with Insurance Agents and CPA/Tax Professionals

We will host three regional in-person sessions for each topic. Next up in the series, and moderated by Program committee member Breanne Bennett we have Seeing Beyond the Surface:

• Setting realistic expectations with buyers/sellers
• How inspection findings and appraisal gaps affect the transaction
• Appraisal reconsideration process & when agents should get involved
• Creating smooth hand-offs from showing to inspection
